Scotty Gorham recruited Jordan Maliksi and I to do Spartan Admittance Day, which was an amazing experience! The night before Jordan and Scotty (if you can believe it) moved that amazing whistling (yes whistling) Rocking Rooster from the foundry to the main campus for this event.
Jordan painted a found door the night before, and so he did a live 3 hour session painting of our spirit animals! Can you guess which animal represents which person…? :)
After hyping up the art department to any curious incoming freshman, the art quad had great demos of a live mini iron pour, wheel throwing, jewelry making, etc. It’s great to know we have such an alive program here!
